S.S. Leonard Chase Wason

The S.S. William Foster Cowham was built in November, 1944 by McCloskey and Company in Tampa Bay, Florida. She was used as an Army training ship in the South Pacific. In December 1948, she was partially sunk to form a breawater in Virginia.
